We collect what you send us so we can call you back, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect
If you send our contact or team form, we get the name, phone number, and message you typed. Bookings and payments run through Swift, our scheduling provider, under their own terms and privacy policy. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited, which sets cookies in your browser.
What we do with it
We use your contact details to answer you and to run the sessions you book. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the services that make the site work, like our form and scheduling providers.
Photos of players
We only use photos of athletes in our marketing when a parent or guardian has signed our media release. If you want a photo taken down, email jacob@holycityathletics.com and we will remove it.
