Circuit training, and the workout changes daily

It is circuit training, and the workout changes every day. Some days lean strength, some days explosiveness, most days mix it: one group on push-ups, one on squats, one sprinting, rotating on the clock.

  • 45 minutes, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Two groups: ages 9 to 13 and 13 to 18, with some judgment at 13
  • $30 a session, and the $99 membership makes it unlimited
  • Built around baseball and softball, but any athlete would get something out of it
  • The current block and its dates are on the booking page

B.A.S.E. makes the private lessons work

Everything we do in lessons rests on how a kid moves. B.A.S.E. is that work on its own, at a group price. A kid who comes twice a week moves differently in a month, and the warm-ups in their private lessons stop being the hard part.

Coming twice a week? Save with a membership

Four sessions a week at $30 would be hundreds a month. The BASE membership is $99 a month for unlimited sessions, and it takes 20% off lessons and cage rentals too. If your kid likes the class, the membership is the obvious next step.

What parents say about training here

Stephen R.Google review

Coach Jacob fosters an individual, tailored approach to teaching youth baseball. He doesnt build just a baseball player rather he helps build an athlete. Facility is clean and comfortable. Definitely a gem.

Bill F.Google review

Our 14u player considers Jacob a great coach, enjoys working with him and has gained a lot of confidence.

Mary T.Google review

He sees where improvement is needed, but also is sensitive to a child's motivation and morale. I highly recommend him!
