Your kid is an athlete first and a ballplayer second

The first 25 minutes are movement, speed and strength. Your kid will be tired before the baseball starts, and that is on purpose.

  1. 1Movement. Balance, rhythm, and body control, in positions that make a kid work for it.
  2. 2Speed and agility. Ladder work, hurdles, then jumping and landing under control.
  3. 3The skill work. Hitting, pitching, or catching, depending on the lesson.
  4. 4Strength. The last five or ten minutes, all body weight. Push-up form and squat form, so the small muscles are ready for heavier lifting later.

Why families book the hour again

Mary T.Google review

He sees where improvement is needed, but also is sensitive to a child's motivation and morale. I highly recommend him!

Aaron G.Google review

Jacob is great! He is patient and knowledgeable and has the ability to breakdown the art (and science) of pitching into chunks that are easy for a young person to understand.
