Mount Pleasant comes over for the pitching
A handful of our families come over from Mount Pleasant, mostly for pitching and mostly by referral.
Jacob trained in Mount Pleasant himself as a teenager and coached there for two years before opening this facility, so the east-of-the-Cooper baseball scene is where he started. Coach Sean helped open Shipyard Park, the travel complex that put Mount Pleasant on the tournament map.
Mount Pleasant has strong school programs around Wando, Lucy Beckham, and Oceanside, and plenty of training options of its own. The honest pitch for the drive is the coaching, the posted prices, and a coach who answers his own phone.

Batting cages across the bridge
Mount Pleasant has cages of its own, so the case for ours is the same as for the coaching. Prices posted from $20, two players per cage, and a booked slot that is yours when you arrive.
The 65-foot tunnel takes hitting or pitching, the 35-foot cage covers most hitting work, and the gear on the wall is included.
The questions we hear from Mount Pleasant
How long is the drive from Mount Pleasant, honestly?
It is about 20 to 30 minutes over the bridges, against the worst of the traffic in the late afternoon. We measured it rather than guessing, and traffic is the variable.
Can we book one time slot every week?
Yes. Book the same slot each week and the bridge trip becomes routine instead of a negotiation.
