B.A.S.E Program
The BASE program is a 45-minute circuit-style training session that includes both a warmup and cooldown, designed to boost athletic performance through sport-specific exercises. Each class also focuses on injury prevention, improving mobility, joint stability, and overall muscular durability to keep athletes strong and resilient.
